According to information provided by the Prosecutor General's Office to Modern.az, regarding the criminal case under preliminary investigation at the Sumgayit Military Prosecutor's Office, since reasonable suspicions were established that Ibragimov Zamaddin Bafadar oglu committed the criminal act of fraud, a decision was made to involve him as an accused person, and he was placed on an international wanted list for fleeing and hiding from the investigation.
Zamaddin Ibragimov was detained on the territory of the Russian Federation and brought to Azerbaijan accompanied by a special convoy of the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice.
