A Turkish oil tanker was attacked by a drone.
Modern.az reports, citing local media, that the tanker named "Altura" was subjected to an attack by an unmanned underwater vehicle and a drone 26 kilometers from the Bosphorus Strait.
An emergency signal was issued from the ship, and Coast Guard teams were mobilized.
The ship, carrying 140,000 tons of crude oil from Russia's Novorossiysk port and with 27 Turkish crew members, issued an emergency signal after the attack. The closest vessel and rescuers to the scene responded to the call and mobilized for assistance.
It is claimed that the incident was organized by Ukraine.
