Valery Filippov, a deputy from Russia's Chelyabinsk region, has gone to war with Ukraine. 

Modern.az reports, citing local media, that the 70-year-old deputy has joined the Air Defense Forces. He has signed a 6-month military contract with the Russian Ministry of Defense.
