Modern.az reports that this was stated in the information provided by the Ministry of Internal Affairs' Intelligent Transport Management Center.
For this reason, congestion is observed from the avenue towards “Koroglu” metro station, Ali Mustafayev, Abdulvahab Salamzade streets, “20 January” circle, Moscow and Tbilisi avenues, as well as the Baku-Sumgayit highway towards “20 January” metro station.
Currently, measures are being taken by police officers to eliminate congestion in various directions.
