Azerbaijan's support is very important for Iran - Ambassador

We thank Azerbaijan for its solidarity and support shown to Iran.

Modern.az reports that Iran's Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Mojtaba Demirchilu, stated this in a statement to journalists.

He stated that the 3rd humanitarian aid convoy is being dispatched from Azerbaijan to Iran today:

"This humanitarian aid demonstrates the solidarity of the Azerbaijani government and people with Iran. Such support is very important for us at a time when Iran is subjected to military aggression. Azerbaijan was the first state to send humanitarian aid to Iran."
