"Anewz" television channel has presented a documentary film titled “WUF13 | World Urban Forum: Ganja,” dedicated to Ganja, Azerbaijan's second-largest city.

Modern.az reports that the film presents the city of Ganja in the context of both its historical and cultural heritage and its modern development. It is stated that the city has evolved into one of the important scientific, cultural, and commercial centers not only of Azerbaijan but of the entire region.

The work highlights the legacy of the great Azerbaijani poet Nizami Ganjavi, and his role in the history of his native city is extensively showcased.

The documentary film draws attention to Ganja's multicultural environment, tolerant society, and rich traditions formed due to its location on the Silk Road.

Concurrently, the city's modern image, urban development, infrastructure projects, and high quality of life are also brought to the forefront.

The film showcases Ganja's main attractions – the Mausoleum of Nizami Ganjavi, the Shah Abbas Complex, the Imamzadeh Complex, Heydar Aliyev Park, Khan Baghi, as well as the Ganja Gates and other historical monuments of the city.

In addition, the natural beauties of surrounding regions such as Goygol district and Goygol National Park are also featured.

The film presents the views of local experts and officials representing various fields. They discuss Ganja's development prospects, its scientific and cultural potential, and its strategic importance for the region.

It is noted that the project aims to promote Ganja on international platforms and to convey the city's tourism, cultural, and economic opportunities to a wide audience.
