The Mobile ASAN service bus provides services to citizens at Heydar Aliyev Avenue 119 B in Gusar. In Gusar, Mobile ASAN service has been implemented 26 times in total, and over 56 thousand citizen applications have been received.
Modern.az reports that the services provided in a mobile format are offered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Social Protection Fund under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population, and the State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy.
Through the Mobile ASAN service, implemented since 2013, a total of over 3 million 321 thousand, and over 173,200 citizen applications have been received during 2025.
It should be noted that to deliver services to the population in regions where “ASAN service” centers are not available and to enable them to benefit from services without visiting the centers, services are provided through 10 specially equipped mobile buses. The main objectives are to provide state services to citizens in more convenient, new, and innovative ways, to ensure accessibility for citizens, and to achieve citizen satisfaction.
