On April 9, yellow and orange warnings have been issued in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, as well as in the regions, due to the expected windy weather conditions.

In Ağstafa, Qazax, Gəncə, Mingəçevir, Bərdə, Tərtər, Ağdam, Kəlbəcər, Yevlax, Zərdab, Göyçay, Qusar, Balakən, Zaqatala, Şəki, Qax, Qəbələ, İsmayıllı, Şamaxı, Qobustan, Neftçala, Goranboy, Daşkəsən, and Naftalan, in accordance with the orange warning, a north-westerly wind will blow, and the wind speed will strengthen up to 20.8-28.4 m/s.
In Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, as well as in most regions, in accordance with the yellow warning, a north-westerly wind will blow, and the wind speed will be 13.9-20.7 m/s.
