The procedure for conducting the competition and mandatory training for the recruitment of state enforcement officers in the Ministry of Justice has been approved.
Modern.az reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed a decision in this regard.
A competition is held using transparent methods in conditions of openness to determine the knowledge level, professional training, general worldview, and suitability and eligibility of each candidate wishing to be recruited for the position of enforcement officer.
The competition is conducted taking into account the conditions for recruitment specified by the law "On Service in Justice Bodies". The competition consists of a test examination and an interview stage.
Individuals with higher education who meet the requirements specified by the Law are admitted to the competition. Certain categories of individuals are exempt from the examination stage of the competition.
After the completion of the competition and mandatory training, proposals for the appointment of candidates are made by the commission established in accordance with paragraph 2.1 of the Regulations.
Recruitment for the position of enforcement officer in the territory of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic is carried out by the Ministry of Justice of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic in accordance with this procedure.
The exam consists of 100 questions. 60 of them cover the normative legal acts applied in the activities of the enforcement officer. The remaining 40 questions aim to determine the candidate's ability to draw logical conclusions, general knowledge level, worldview, and communication skills.
