A serious road accident in Armenia resulted in a tragedy.
Modern.az reports that, according to a statement from the country's Ministry of Health, the number of fatalities from the accident near Ahin village in Shirak province has reached 6. Two of the deceased are minors.
During the accident, 5 people were injured. Three of the injured are children, and they are being urgently transported to the capital, Yerevan.
According to information, the condition of the other injured is assessed as serious and extremely serious. They are receiving treatment in the intensive care unit.
The causes of the incident are being investigated.
