During a meeting with the Armenian delegation in Moscow, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov jokingly asked whether the EU working group on combating hybrid threats had arrived in Yerevan.
Modern.az reports, citing its sources, that the question was asked while the Armenian and Russian delegations were waiting for the start of the press-open part of the talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
The newspaper notes that Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan replied that he did not understand what they were talking about. The newspaper adds that part of Lavrov's comment was published in the Russian media, but no information was provided about the Armenian side's response.
