Rafiq Guluyev, the head of the Khatai District Executive Power, has suffered a great loss.

Modern.az reports that the father of the head of the executive power, Cheparkhan Guluyev, has passed away. It is reported that he died after a long illness. 

The funeral ceremony will be held tomorrow at the ceremony house (SOCAR) located on Babek Avenue.

May Allah have mercy on him!
