Modern.az reports that journalist Şəfahət Avılbəyli's family has suffered a heavy loss. The journalist's brother-in-law, Elçin Rzayev, who was engaged in trade in Kherson, Ukraine, has passed away.
According to preliminary information, the businessman's death occurred under mysterious circumstances. Currently, the exact causes and details of the incident are being investigated.
