Yesterday, the address of Iran's new Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei to the people was disseminated. The Supreme Leader, delivering several messages, stated that they would not hesitate to take revenge.
“I assure everyone that we will not hesitate to avenge the blood of your martyrs,” the Supreme Leader said.
Despite Mojtaba Khamenei's threats, several sources report that Iran's military reserves are already depleted.
Mojtaba Khamenei's address to the people has sparked discussions.
It is interesting, what does the Supreme Leader rely on?
In a statement to Modern.az, Azerbaijan's former ambassador to Iran, Nasib Nasibli, stated that it is doubtful whether the address published in Mojtaba Khamenei's name was written by himself:
“The authorship of the address read in the name of the newly announced Supreme Leader is questionable. Mojtaba Khamenei is wounded, and the seriousness of his injury is also debatable. Some even say he is in a coma. This means that this address was written by SEPAH, which is at the helm of the country's administration. SEPAH, putting aside other characteristics, distinguishes itself with its irrational ideological nature. The war has been ongoing for nearly two weeks. The war continues with Iran being unilaterally devastated. Of course, Iran also strikes Gulf countries and cities in Israel with missiles. Why did I call this attack unilateral? Because Iran suffers the most damage. Iran has no air force or navy. Of the more than 400 platforms that launch Iranian missiles, only 120 remain, and they are as good as non-existent. In addition, infrastructure has been hit. Local branches of security forces are being destroyed. They are now also hitting police stations. In such a situation, making statements like "we will resist, we will show defiance" is another irrational step. This will not affect the course of the war; it is merely one of the foolish steps of an organization that has lost its sense of reality, namely SEPAH”.

N. Nasibli also spoke about the next missile attack from Iran on Turkey:
“This attack is not an irrational step by SEPAH, but the action of a madman who has lost his sense of reality. If the late Javad Heyat were alive, he would say that this is the scratching of an Iranian cat. He used to call the lion on the flag a cat. Scratching doesn't achieve anything, after all. The excessive strengthening of Israel and the increasing influence of the US here as a result of the war are alarming the Turkish government. Azerbaijan's and Turkey's attitudes towards Iran and this war are different, and this is natural. Even the closest allies can have differing interests. Turkey is wary of the increasing weight and influence of Israel and the US here.
Another important issue is that the ideological foundations of the government in Turkey coincide with those of the government in Iran. This also plays a very important role. Therefore, they approach the issue with the motto of preserving Muslim brotherhood. The other day I spoke with a friend who used to live in Tehran; he has now moved from there to Mazandaran. He says that Tehran has been devastated, and the city is no more.
After the second attack, Turkey had issued strong statements. After the latest attack, Turkey will also give its adequate response”.
