The Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs has advised the country's citizens to refrain from all travel to Belarus.
Modern.az reports that this is stated in the Polish government's declaration.
The Polish Embassy in Minsk has stated that travel to Belarus is not recommended due to the escalation of the situation, the ongoing war in the region, and repeated arbitrary arrests of Polish citizens.
It was stated that in the event of a sharp deterioration of security, border closures, or other unforeseen circumstances, evacuation could become significantly difficult or even impossible.
The Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs urges Polish citizens remaining in the Republic of Belarus to leave the country immediately.
