Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan congratulated Azerbaijan on October 18 – Restoration of Independence Day.

Modern.az reports that he made a post about this on his "X" account.

“I congratulate our dear friend, brother, and apple of our eye, Azerbaijan, on October 18 - Restoration of Independence Day, with my sincerest feelings. On this day of pride, I greet my esteemed brother Ilham Aliyev and all the people of Azerbaijan with love”, it was noted in the post.
