An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.2 was recorded in Russia's Khakassia Republic.

According to Modern.az, the Altai-Sayan branch of the Unified Geophysical Service of the Russian Academy of Sciences released information about this.

According to the information, the epicenter of the recorded earthquake was 14 km south of Sayanogorsk, in the Beysky district.

The regional department of the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, in turn, also reported that there were no casualties as a result of the earthquake.
