Illegal migrants were discovered during a raid conducted in Makhachkala, the capital of the Republic of Dagestan of the Russian Federation.
According to Modern.az, during operational measures carried out in the Kirov district, 19 Azerbaijani citizens were determined to be illegally present in the country.
According to the information, during a check conducted on Daganova Street, a total of 29 Azerbaijani citizens were discovered. It was stated that 19 of them did not have permits for residence and employment activities, thus violating Russian Migration Legislation.
Regarding this incident, an administrative deportation decision will be issued against these individuals under Article 18.8, paragraph 1.1 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation (violation of the rules of stay in the country by a foreign citizen or stateless person).
It is reported that the documents of the detained individuals are currently being investigated and the deportation procedure is being carried out.
