The expert group investigating the crash of a Turkish C-130 “Hercules” military transport aircraft on the Georgia–Azerbaijan border has completed its work and returned to the country.
Modern.az reports that Turkey's "İhlas" news agency disseminated information about this.
Significant evidence was obtained during the investigation. Currently, the remains of the aircraft that crashed on November 11, 2025, are being transported to the 2nd department of the Aircraft Maintenance Plant located in Kayseri province.
The remains will undergo detailed laboratory analysis here. The results of the expertise will allow for the determination of the exact causes of the crash.
It should be noted that on November 11, a C-130 type military aircraft belonging to the Turkish Air Force crashed in Georgian territory.
As a result of the incident, 20 Turkish servicemen on board were martyred. According to information previously disseminated in the press, the report on the crash stated that no traces of explosive materials were found in the incident.
