Trump lifts sanctions against Syria

US President Donald Trump signed an order that includes the lifting of sanctions against Syria. 

Modern.az reports that the $901 billion defense budget law signed by Trump also includes the repeal of the “Caesar Act”, which provides for sanctions against Syria. 

Thus, with Trump's signature, sanctions against Syria have been officially lifted
