Trump adamantly wants Greenland

US Secretary of State Marko Rubio will meet with Danish officials next week to discuss issues related to Greenland.

According to Modern.az, he made a statement to journalists about this. He stated that President Donald Trump had previously intended to buy Greenland.

“This is not new. He had also spoken about this during his first presidency. Trump is not the first US President to consider how we could acquire Greenland. There is an issue of interest there,” he noted.
