Modern.az reports that US President Donald Trump stated this in an interview with Fox News.

Donald Trump, stating that negotiations regarding such operations with the Mexican government have been ongoing for approximately one year, added that the operations would be carried out jointly with or with the support of the Mexican Ministry of Defense.
