Ruben Rubinyan, Vice-Speaker of the Armenian Parliament, commented on the speech of Russian TV presenter Vladimir Solovyov.
Modern.az reports that he made a post about this on his social media account.
“The dog barks, but the caravan moves on. In this situation, the 'dog' is Solovyov, a close friend and compatriot of Russian businessman Samvel Karapetyan. And the 'caravan' is our country, moving towards irreversible peace and development,” – it was noted in the post.
It should be recalled that V. Solovyov's statement on air about the necessity of conducting a 'special military operation' in Armenia caused a strong protest from official Yerevan. Regarding the incident, Russia's Ambassador to Armenia, Sergey Kopırkin, was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and an official note of protest was presented to him.
