Iranian authorities have acknowledged the protests taking place in the country and started a dialogue with the demonstrators.
Modern.az reports that this was stated by Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi in an interview with Al Jazeera television channel.
According to him, President Masoud Pezeshkian met personally with representatives of the protesters.
“The government has accepted the protests and held talks with representatives of the protesters. The President, on the other hand, met directly with them,” – the minister noted.
