The US has sent a unique aircraft to the Middle East.
Modern.az reports that the RC-135U Combat Sent aircraft took off from the airbase on Japan's Okinawa island and likely arrived at the Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar.
It should be noted that the US currently has only two such aircraft.
These aircraft are considered a strategic reconnaissance asset, and their mission is to detect enemy radar systems and understand their operating principles through the analysis of electronic signals and signatures.
