Some time ago, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky also announced the same dates.
This meeting was supposed to be held on February 1-2, but it has been postponed.
The first day of security consultations between representatives of Russia, the US, and Ukraine took place in Abu Dhabi on January 23-24. The Russian negotiating group was led by Igor Kostyukov, head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces. The Ukrainian side of the trilateral working group was led by Rustem Umerov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council.
