Deputy Prime Minister of Albania, Minister of Infrastructure Belinda Balluku, has been removed from her post on charges of taking bribes in a tender.
Modern.az reports that on November 20, 2025, the court decided on her temporary removal from office. At the same time, her exit from the country has also been restricted.
In December, the Constitutional Court had allowed her to perform her duties until the next decision. This time, however, the court rejected Balluku's appeal and upheld the decision regarding her removal from office.
