According to the information, on Friday, US military personnel released photos showing the “Abraham Lincoln” aircraft carrier strike group moving in the Arabian Sea, accompanied by two military supply ships and two US Coast Guard cutters. The footage also showed military aircraft belonging to the 9th Aviation Wing taking off. The post included the slogan “Peace through strength!”.
Against the backdrop of these events, the Chief of Staff of the Iranian Army, Abdolrahim Mousavi, declared that any military action against the Islamic Republic would lead to an escalation of the war. He made this statement during his speech at an official holiday event. Mousavi stated that any military operation against Iran would have severe consequences for the enemies, and such aggression would result in their strategic defeat. According to him, the Iranian Armed Forces are in the highest state of combat readiness and are fully prepared to respond to any attack. These statements were made during a period of increasing security tension regarding a possible attack by the United States.
At the same time, Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi announced that he met with the Russian and Chinese ambassadors in Tehran after talks held in Oman. In a social net post, he stated that key issues of mutual interest were discussed during the meeting.
