Ukraine's Zaporizhzhia region has been subjected to a drone attack.
Modern.az reports that "RBK-Ukraina" disseminated information on this matter, citing Ivan Fedorov, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration.
Ivan Fedorov stated that Russian troops launched 577 strikes on the region and released 297 drones on settlements.
"As a result of Russian attacks, one person was killed and eight civilians sustained injuries of varying severity in the Zaporizhzhia and Polohiv districts. They employed tactics of massive combined fire. Volniansk, Huliaipole, Stepnohirsk, and Novomykolaivka suffered the most from drone attacks (primarily FPV)," Fedorov noted.
According to him, Russian aviation carried out 24 strikes on villages and towns, and 253 artillery strikes on residential areas and surroundings of dozens of communities. More than 67 residential buildings, vehicles, and civilian infrastructure objects were damaged.
