Over the past two days, US heavy military transport aircraft "C-17A Globemaster III" and "C-5 Galaxy" have carried out approximately 15 flights to the region. This is almost 1.5 times more than in the previous two days. A large part of the cargo falls to the airfields in Texas belonging to the bases of ground forces units and air defense (HHM) units equipped with "Patriot" anti-aircraft missile systems and THAAD missile defense systems.
The "C-17A Globemaster III" aircraft can carry 75 tons of cargo, and the "C-5 Galaxy" can carry up to 118 tons of cargo.
According to the information, the military transport aviation of the US Air Force (USAF) has carried out more than 120 flights to the Middle East since January.
