In Armenia, all benefits will be paid cashless.
Modern.az reports that, starting from April 1, benefits provided to family, social, and low-income families, as well as emergency support funds, will only be transferred via cashless payment.
Previously, payments, if the recipient had functional limitations or had reached the age of 75, could be given in cash to an adult family member. The Cabinet of Ministers' decision dated February 19 eliminated this exception.
