Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan called his Iranian counterpart Abbas Araqchi.
Modern.az reports, citing local media, that during the phone call, Mirzoyan offered condolences regarding the death of Supreme Leader Khamenei and other Iranians as a result of attacks by the US and Israel.
The Armenian minister stated that Yerevan is ready to provide any humanitarian assistance to Iran. The Iranian Embassy in Armenia informed about this on social media. Mirzoyan also expressed hope that the situation would be resolved through diplomatic means.
Araqchi, in turn, stated that a full-scale war had been declared against Iran. He added that Iran would defend itself.
