France has deployed "Rafale" fighter jets to the United Arab Emirates.
Modern.az reports that Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot stated this.
"They (UAE-ed) have carried out airspace security operations over our bases",- the minister noted.
Barrot did not provide details on what missions the aircraft performed or whether they participated in shooting down any drones or missiles that could threaten the bases.
France criticized the US-Israel attack and announced President Emmanuel Macron's position regarding the operations. According to the minister, President Macron believes that the operations were carried out in violation of international law.
