Trade turnover between Moldova and Azerbaijan amounted to 11 million US dollars.
Modern.az reports that this was stated by Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov at a briefing held in Baku together with his Moldovan counterpart Mihai Popșoi.
“Azerbaijan-Moldova relations have been very sincere and open for decades. Our political relations are very sincere. We hold meetings at international events every year. However, a bilateral visit has special importance. Political consultations exist between the two Ministries of Foreign Affairs. Trade turnover between the two countries amounted to 11 million US dollars. The volume of turnover is not satisfactory. The increase of this volume was discussed, and the possibility of mutual investments was discussed.”
