Modern.az reports that the Israel Defense Forces issued a statement regarding this.

It was noted that hundreds of Iranian servicemen were present in the facility's area during the strike. The facility is reported to contain military bunkers and command centers. Additionally, the strike also targeted the main military university of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (SEPAH).
