An Iranian drone has crashed at Dubai International Airport. Witnesses reported hearing an explosion followed by rising smoke.

Modern.az reports, citing AFP, that passenger planes are circling above the airport, likely awaiting landing clearance. Dubai residents are receiving missile warnings.

According to the service, Dubai International Airport is closed, and planes have been flying in the air over the UAE for several hours. The airport is reported to be closed.
