North Korean leader Kim Jong Un visited a military facility and tested North Korea's newly produced pistol.
Modern.az reports that the Korean Central News Agency released information on this matter.
"Comrade Kim Jong Un stated that he had previously received a report from the Ministry of National Defense and the General Staff indicating that the new pistol model was highly evaluated for its design perfection, precision, accuracy, and combat effectiveness," the statement said.
In the photographs published by the agency, the head of state and his daughter Kim Ju-ae are seen testing the pistol at a shooting range. Kim Jong Un expressed his satisfaction with the new development and announced that the Central Military Commission (CMC) would review the budget plan for the modernization of military-industrial enterprises for the next five-year period in April.
