“The Strait of Hormuz is closed to our enemies”.
Modern.az reports that Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi said this at a weekly press conference held in Tehran on Monday.
"After 15 days of war, they are appealing to countries they considered enemies until yesterday, asking them to ensure the security of the Strait of Hormuz," - Araqchi emphasized, referring to the US and Israel.
He further added:
"They are asking other countries to come and help keep the strait open. From our perspective, the strait is open, but it is closed to our enemies - to those who committed this cowardly aggression against us and our allies."
A. Araqchi stated that this war must end in such a way that it no longer continues and enemies do not think about aggression again. ""They have learned a good lesson so far," the minister said.
