U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) reported an airstrike last night on Iranian missile facilities near the Strait of Hormuz.
Modern.az reports that the Command noted that "U.S. forces successfully launched multiple 5,000-pound (editor's note - 2.2 tons), high-penetration munitions on fortified missile facilities along the Iranian coastline near the Strait of Hormuz."
It should be recalled that 20% of the world's oil is transported through the Strait of Hormuz, which is blocked by Iran.
