The son of Iran's former Shah, Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi, announced that the “final call” for Iranians is approaching amid protests against the regime in the country.
Modern.az reports that he spoke about this in an interview with “Iran International” publication. Pahlavi stated that the Iranian authorities are prepared to resort to violence without hesitation, even killing hundreds of thousands of people, to remain in power. For this reason, he emphasized the importance of the protest movement acting in a more deliberate and planned manner.
According to him, the “final call” will be made at an appropriate time. Pahlavi added that Iranians are awaiting the end of a struggle that has lasted 47 years and believe that after the regime's collapse, the country will embark on a path of freedom and prosperity.
He also called on citizens to visit the graves of "heroes who fought for freedom” and to show solidarity with their families.
