Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian confirmed the news of the death of the country's intelligence minister, Ismail Khatib.

Modern.az reports that the President announced this on his official “X” account.

It should be noted that the Israeli side had previously disseminated information about Iran's intelligence minister being killed as a result of airstrikes.
