Modern.az reports that this was stated by Ahmad Mansour, the famous presenter of Qatar's “Al Jazeera” TV channel, on X.
“The embargo previously imposed by America on Russian oil has now been lifted, oil prices have risen, billions of dollars are flowing into Russia, and profits have increased many times over. Moreover, America's allies have lost confidence in Washington's weapons. It is undoubtedly that they will be the target of Russia and China in the future.”
