Attacks on Turkey and Oman were not carried out by Iran.

Modern.az reports that this was stated in the address of Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei.

"The terrorist acts that occurred in Turkey and Oman were not carried out by the Iranian army," M. Khamenei stated and added that Iran has good relations with the aforementioned countries.
