Hungary has decided to stop gas supply to Ukraine.
Modern.az reports that the country's prime minister, Viktor Orban, made a statement regarding this.
According to him, Ukraine will not be able to receive gas from Hungary until Kyiv restores oil transit.
“Until Ukraine restores oil supply, it will not receive gas from Hungary. We will protect our country's energy security, and maintain the protected price of gasoline and low gas tariffs,” – Orban stated.
It should be noted that this decision may lead to increased tension in energy relations between the two countries.
