Iran has put forward a number of tough demands in talks with the US.
Modern.az reports that, according to "The Wall Street Journal" publication, Tehran demands the closure of all US military bases located in the Gulf region, the implementation of new rules for ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz and the creation of a payment mechanism to Iran, the lifting of all sanctions against Iran, and a guarantee from the US that military operations will not resume.
In addition, Iran wants Israel to refrain from striking the "Hezbollah" movement in Lebanon, and also states that it does not accept any negotiations regarding the limitation or cancellation of its missile program.
