"To commemorate the historic achievements of our great nation and President Donald Trump, there is no more effective way than to issue a US dollar bearing his name", Bessent said.
He noted that the engraving of Trump's signature on the US currency is not only appropriate but also deserved. Because his contribution to history as the architect of the golden age of the country's economic revival should be taken into account.
