The tension that arose between Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Mossad Director David Barnea against the backdrop of the war with Iran has further deepened.
Modern.az, referring to Israeli media, reports that Barnea has not participated in any joint meeting with Netanyahu during the last week.
According to the information, the confrontation arose after Netanyahu accused the head of Mossad of presenting false information regarding Iran's military potential, as well as the country's political and social situation.
"Such information has dragged Israel into a war with an uncertain outcome, and a possible defeat could pose a serious threat to the country," Netanyahu noted.
