Concerns about petrol and diesel shortages are increasing in France in recent days. Fuel has already run out at approximately 800 petrol stations across the country, and some stations have started to impose sales restrictions.
Modern.az reports that although oil companies are trying to calm the situation, stating that there is no risk of a serious crisis, anxiety among drivers is steadily increasing. Drivers are particularly struggling to find fuel in some regions.
According to information, some petrol stations are limiting the amount of fuel sold to each customer to prevent rapid depletion of reserves. This indicates that the situation could become even more tense.
Experts believe that the current situation is due to both logistical problems and an increase in demand amidst rising fuel prices in recent times.
Currently, government and energy sector representatives state that they are closely monitoring the situation and taking measures to prevent disruptions in the supply chain. Nevertheless, how the situation will develop in the coming days remains uncertain.
