Russia has announced that it has fully captured Ukraine's Luhansk region.

Modern.az reports that the Russian Ministry of Defense has issued a statement regarding this.

It is reported that Russian troops have taken full control of Luhansk. The department clarified that the task was carried out by units of the "West" military group.
