"This is not a two-month issue. Zelensky must make a decision today".
Modern.az reports that Russian President's press secretary Dmitry Peskov said this while speaking about the Kremlin's demands regarding the withdrawal of the Ukrainian Armed Forces from the Donetsk region.
According to him, Vladimir Zelensky should have made a decision "yesterday" regarding the withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from Donbas.
"As for two months, this is not a two-month issue. Zelensky must make a decision today regarding the withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from Donbas. And they must leave the administrative borders of the Donetsk People's Republic".
According to him, the decision to withdraw the Ukrainian Armed Forces from the Donetsk region "could stop the hot phase of this war".
It should be recalled that Volodymyr Zelensky previously stated that Russia demands Ukraine withdraw its troops from the Donetsk region within two months as part of negotiations, and threatened that its demands would change if it did not.
